"This was my first visit. Everyone was nice except the dentist. He was very rude and impatient. He came into the room and didn’t introduce himself. He was obviously rushing and appeared to be in a frenzy. He refused my request to numb me with injection before the cleaning and stated “we don’t do that here, you have to go somewhere else”. He didn’t offer an alternative. We was more than happy for me to leave. I think he wanted to just go home. His staff booked me for 5 pm and he wasn’t happy with it. Never going back there again."
