"I think Dr. Cho is a good doctor and his staff are good. The way they handle the financial end of the transaction leaves a lot to be desired. Hitting you up for payment right before you’re planning on getting a tooth removed is backhanded. I was told that I would be contacted before my appointment to let me know what was covered by insurance. That call never came."
