"BE AWARE and DO NOT come to this dental office!!! They will try to force you to accept their treatment plan(which you don’t need) that costs you hundreds of dollars extra. And you need to pay them out of pocket yourself. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I’d give them a 0. I came here for a simple wisdom tooth extraction (a really simple case, the tooth is not impacted and it’s fully erupted). However, they refused to do the procedure for me, unless I also agreed to do a bone graft procedure. But my condition doesn’t even require a bone graft. My uncle is a dentist in my hometown, and he told me bone graft is only needed when patients bone condition is not ideal and they’re planning on getting an implant placed on the extraction site. However, NEITHER condition fits my case! My bone density and thickness is ideal and no one needs to have an implant to replace a wisdom tooth! No wonder why my insurance company refused to cover the bone graft procedure. Because it’s not needed!! Also, after I got my pre-authorization form back and I tried to ask the oral surgeon why I needed a bone graft procedure, the receptionist told me a oral surgeon never talks to their own patients over the phone. And if I want to ask him, I have to book a 2nd consultation appointment. But you see, here is the trick. A 2nd consultation is rarely covered by your insurance, and you will have to pay the dental office out of pocket yourself. However, the receptionist DID NOT tell me about this. I had to ask her if there’re fees I need to pay for a 2nd consultation. It was only until then she reluctantly told me I’d need to pay out of pocket to see the oral surgeon just to ask a question that could have been answered through the phone. So be aware my friends. There’re hidden fees and they would not tell you beforehand. And they might also charge you for a procedure you do not need."

"I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Fan. It needed to be a surgery under general anesthesia because of the odd placing of my wisdom teeth. But I had no complications afterwards. All the staff I met were very kind, and Dr. Fan took his time to address all my questions and concerns. I usually arrived about 5 minutes early, but I never waited more than 10 minutes for any of my appointments. They were also very accommodating when I went in for a few follow-ups from a small infection a few weeks later. (my fault not theirs) Overall, it was a very good experience for me."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I came in for a TMJ consultation with Dr. Li and my experience was absolutely fantastic. There were practically no waiting times when I came in for my appointment, and although I did have to pay a consultation fee, it was worth it. I have never had a doctor pay such close attention to my concerns and create a treatment plan that would address every single one of them. The staff was wonderful, and talked me through every step of my consultation from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I would highly recommend this office, and Dr. Li, to anyone looking for a highly experienced and extremely professional oral surgeon!"

"Usually I don’t leave a reviews, but this office deserves. The surgeon is best doctor I ever met, he explained me everything about my surgery, stuff was extremely helpful too. I had to wait a little bit but it’s not a big deal. Would definitely recommend this office to everybody."
