"Don't waste your time with that Dr Dave Nahe Sanjiv doesn't provide good care and doesn't know how to do her job, the cleaning is bad and the teeth have cavities, she says they are perfect"
"Amazing staff!!! They work with you through everything and Dr. Dave is absolutely amazing."
"I had an appointment for cleaning which went fine. I had to wait for about 17mins before I was attended. Staff at the front desk very professional even being so busy. Dental staff including Dr. Dave were very clear in explaining things. All in all I had very good experience. I will re-visit when needed and will surely recommend this clinic to my friends and family."
"Take caution when using this dentist/office. I brought my 15 year old son there 6 months ago as a new patient. We have been very diligent about his dental care and he gets his teeth cleaned every six months. Our insurance plan changed and we tried this office for the first time. The staff was not very friendly when we arrived and spent more time talking to each other about what they had for dinner the night before than they did getting us registered. When my son was brought to the back for his cleaning and x-rays we had no idea who he was seeing. The room had a bunch of different treatment "bays" that reminded me of how horses are lined up in a barn rather than a dental office. It was made clear that I was not welcome and was told to sit in the waiting room. I only wanted to meet the dentist that would be treating my son. I asked if they could let me know when my son was ready to see the dentist because I wanted to discuss a few things regarding his wisdom teeth. No more than 15 minutes later my son comes out and says he is done. I was surprised and asked what happened and he said they did a quick cleaning and told him he was done. I asked the receptionist about talking to the dentist and she said the dentist wasn't in but that my son had no cavities so there was nothing to discuss. Ok, so they got me on one of my "passive" days......against my better judgment I decided not to make a big deal of it and just scheduled our next appointment in 6 months. I figured I would be sure to talk with the dentist at his next appointment. My son's wisdom teeth weren't causing any problems yet anyway, so perhaps it wasn't that big a deal anyway. Fast forward six months and we are set to go in for a 3:30 appointment today. It occurs to me that I never received a reminder call, so I decide to call the office to be sure that there were no changes (I have the card with date and time in hand). Someone answers the phone and tells me that yes he was scheduled today at 3:30, but since no one was able to reach me to confirm our appointment, it was cancelled! Interesting.... I left them my cell phone, home phone and email address. Not to mention they have our home address on file, and I never received a call or any type of reminder. Not that I needed one....if it's on my calendar it stays on my calendar. So now I'm told that I should hold on and they will see if the front desk can do something to "squeeze" him in for some time today. After staying on hold for 10 MINUTES AND 43 SECONDS without anyone coming on the line I decide to hang up. I assume they forgot me so I call back and someone picks up and immediately hangs up. I call one more time and the same things happens. So that's it for me. I text my son to tell him not to rush home that his appointment was cancelled. He then tells me that he would rather not go back to them anyway, that it was the worst cleaning he has ever had. He said he left that day and felt like his teeth weren't even cleaned. He didn't want to say anything to me because he felt bad that I'm always so busy and he didn't want to upset me. I wish I knew six months ago. Take my advice, bring your children somewhere else, you'll be happy you did."
