"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service and pricing I experienced during my recent visit to your dental clinic on 03/05/2024. My concerns encompass several aspects, including the quality of the service provided, the exorbitant cost of the treatment, and the failure to complete the root canal procedure with a permanent filling. I have done root canals in different places and the dentist always finishes the work, I never had to go to two different dentist to work on one single tooth. Firstly, I was shocked by the exorbitant price quoted for the root canal procedure. Not only was the cost significantly higher than what is typically charged by other reputable dental clinics in the area, but it was also not reflective of the level of service and results I received. Furthermore, despite paying a premium price, I was disappointed to discover that the root canal procedure was not completed as promised. Instead of finishing and sealing the root canal with a permanent filling, I was left with a temporary filling that now I have to go to a general dentist to finish. This lack of attention to detail and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service standards is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and the delivery of promised outcomes. If I knew this is the process, I would have NEVER started it here in this place. I urge you to review your pricing structure and ensure that it is fair and competitive within the industry standards. Additionally, I request that you take immediate action to rectify the incomplete root canal procedure by providing the necessary follow-up treatment at no additional cost. It is my hope that you will address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future, thereby upholding the reputation and integrity of your dental clinic."

"Dr. Eric Weinberg was absolutely amazing! He was a perfect gentleman and he explained the entire process of the procedure to me before doing the root canal. Was very gentle injecting novacaine and getting me comfortable before proceeding. I have very sensitive teeth and typically difficult to do that. His office staff was wonderful and they processed my dental insurance and followed up with my primary dentist immediately after completion of the final visit. I will definitely be coming back to Eric Weinberg for any future root canals, which I hope I don’t need any root canals, but trust him 100%. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a root canal procedure!!! He’s the Best!! Thank you Dr Eric Weinberg!!"

The staff is good and the care was better than could be expected. They communicate with my dentist too, and this is very important. As far as price goes; they are fair and also accepted my insurance.
