"I have a VW Tiguan that needed a water pump replaced. I was told by big bend to have my car towed(150.00$) to the garage and he would fix my car after he put us on hold while he looked up the repair. The next day he said he would let us know when he would be done with the car. We did not hear from him when he said he would call. So we called him. He then said he didn't want to do the repair. Therefore I had to have the car towed back to my house for another ( 150.00$). So 300.00$ later in towing my husband fixed the car. Very unprofessional and no regard for the money I was out."
