Quality Inn Tully

"The facility was clean, and staff friendly enough. However... when we first opened the door to our assigned room, there was someone's purse in there. We figured it was left there by a staff member, didn't think anything more of it - my wife went to turn it in at the front desk. While she was out doing that, I started to get undressed and changed for the night - when I hear the door open. I heard a child speak and knew something was wrong. We were assigned a room that was already occupied!! Thankfully I was not in a complete state of undress but this could have ended up very badly. After a long day driving, we just wanted to get our kids and us to bed so we didn't bring it up further that evening. The other family was relocated to a different room I assume. There were also used towels that were missed during housekeeping, hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I knew they had to have been from the previous night because all the clean towels were accounted for. I wanted to speak with someone about this on checkout, but nobody was around so I dropped my keys and left."

"I have never been so poorly treated. Check in the couldn't find my points number and said they would give me my discount at the end of my stay dor my husbands military servive with my receipt, never did. Then there was a broken fridge in our room. They wouldn't change our room because they said didn't have a different room, but when I woke up at 6am the parking lot was 1/4 full. Then in the morning when I when to Inquire about our missing microwave they already knew. So they charged us 202$us for a room with no fridge and no microwave and when quality inn head office called them they said "too bad no discount" i paid for amenities that I didn't receive,,,,,, this is done yet!"

"This hotel was a quick stop on our way down to Washington. Easy access from the highway. The building is dated but well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were fair. Furniture doesn’t seems too old, and carpets are in good condition. No bad smell. Small fridge amd microwave in the king size bedroom. Breakfast is basic with waffles, cereals, yogourt and fruits. There is some breakfast sandwiches prepackaged available. No bacon or scrambled eggs for a Friday morning. Morning staff was nice. Somehow quiet even if location is close from the highway. Not a family getaway destination but helpful for a stop off highway."

"Worked for the night. Convenient location off highway and a few food options nearby. Room was fine if a bit dated. Had what you'd expect at this sort of hotel. Fridge, microwave, flat screen tv, ironing board and iron. Bit stale smelling in halls and ice machine gave ice with black and brown specks. We got bagged ice from the nearby truck stop. Did not partake in the breakfast but many guests did and seemed to enjoy it. Staff was friendly when engaged, but you had to seek them out. Would stay again for a short trip if needed but would look for other options first personally."

"Wish I could give half a star. Started our booking before we left our state which was 5 hours away. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. Proceed to ring the door bell a few times within the hour we stayed in the lobby waiting for someone to come check us in. No one answered. Proceeded to call choice hotels who gave us the run around, even they tried to get ahold of the hotel who again, did not answer. 0/10. Don’t waste your time."
