"I asked the manager on duty if the air compressor for putting air in your vehicle tires was working properly, she said "Yes, it's working". I put four quarters in the coin slot of the air compressor machine (it asks for $1.00) and it turned on but no air came out of it. I went back in to let her know that the compressor isn't working and to get my $1.00 back. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her problem and then told me to call the 1-800 number on the machine for a refund. This after telling me initially that "Yes, it's working". It was a very bad and unprofessional experience and I am NEVER getting gas or anything else from Kwik Fill and am cutting up my BP rewards card as well. I can go elsewhere for more courteous service, thanks."
"Favorite place to get gas. Free membership card just gave to go inside to the counter and ask the clerk for a card. It will get you three cents off of gas every time. The membership card is free of charge. It is open twenty four hours which is good for me because I work until late at night. Staff at night us very friendly and easily willing to help customers."
