"Went to get a milk shake tonight around 9pm and the cashier told me they stopped serving at 9pm even though the people ahead of me got ice cream. Ended up going to the older byrne dairy down the road to get my milk shake and they told me they're supposed to serve ice cream at any time"

"Went in 3-4 days ago and ordered a Chocolate Peanut butter milkshake. Figured it's a cheaper alternative. Took about 10 minutes to even be helped, but atleast the milkshake tasted good. Went back today with my wife and ordered the same milkshake, and a single scoop of cookie dough on a cone. Got Holy Cow instead of cookie dough, whatever still tastes good, but the milkshake was awful. It was straight liquid. Also tasted like a bunch of random ingredients were tossed in that didn't belong? Almost like random syrups? Either way I threw it away immediately. Learned my lesson and will only go to Sundae Best from now on."

"Not even open for a month and this place already put a bad taste in my mouth and it's the piss poor attitude of the employees. The first experience was my girlfriend going to getnice cream with our kids. She stood at the ice cream case for 15 minutes and only got a "someone will be right with you" while other employees continued to walk by her, other customers that came in after her were able to order their ice cream. The second incident was ordering food, I wanted two burgers and chicken tenders with fries. Instead of taking my order and making fresh food for me to pick up and walk away with, I'm told "we have that in the case, when you come in store the fries only takes two minutes to drop them". The third incident was again my girlfriend went in and got her items, placed them on the counter and the employee scanned them, she then went into her purse to find her card and was met with the cashier throwing her hands up at her because it wasn't quick enough for the cashier. It's outstanding that this place has 3 people in the food area, 2 cahiers and a manager in the middle of the day and can't manage to run this place. I can tell you just from my observation, maybe if they spent less time standing around shooting the breeze with each other and the managers stay on top of their employees. This review wouldn't have to be made. Simply, the employees are improperly trained and the store clearly was not ready to open."
