"Huge shout out to EJ's! While driving from Fort Drum down northern Pennsylvania, I had to pull off I-81 at the Nedrow exit because my brakes were making a loud noise. The source of the noise turned out to be a caliper bolt that had come lose, allowing the caliper to shift and begin grinding against the wheel. EJ's garage fixed the issue within 15 minutes of my arrival without charging me to do it. It did so despite the fact that I arrived at the shop approximately 20 minutes before closing ... when mechanics were clearly hustling to finish other (paying) jobs so they could get home for the evening. The shop was super clean and well organized. It's staff was kind and truly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to give them additional work if I lived in the area."
