"I’m a regular at this Byrne Dairy as I’m a Homer Native. With that said there are two female employees who are absolutely miserable whenever I come in. I’ve seen them be totally rude to customers and other employees. I’ve actually seen one of them yell at another employee in front of everyone in the building it was so unprofessional. It’s sad because I love their food and products, but every time I go in there it’s such a hostile environment."

"Stopped in with my daughter who was being impatient. I wanted a sub but she wouldn’t wait. Not the fault of any of the workers, the worker was very nice as he notice and gave us a free cookie. I work in customer service and know it can be stressful when you are busy. They are always nice, polite and kind when we stop in. I appreciate his kindness."

"Every time we get gas with our credit card we always have to go inside and wait in long lines to get receipt where clerks usually have an attitude when you tell them you need a receipt because it didn't print out at pump. Doesn't matter what day or what pump always the same."

He was the most pleasant, kindest person I have interacted with in a very long time. A truly genuine person. He told me that he hoped I had a wonderful morning and that he hoped I knew what a nice person I was. I also overheard him telling other customers similar sentiments but specific to them. Making his comments that much more sincere. Devon, you will go far in this life. Continue to be the ray of sunshine that you are. The second person I would like to take a moment to praise is whomever hired this kind young man. Thanks for making a mundane task, a pleasant and memorable one."
