"Horrible! I should have read the reviews posted here before attempting to get my car washed at the Liverpool location. It seems that someone else had experienced the same exact issues I encountered last week. After paying for the $10 wash package, the machine spit out about 5 seconds of pre- rinse solution and just stopped. That was it. No soap, no water, no anything! I sat dumbfounded as to what else to do since there was no attendant I could ask for help. I immediately called the posted customer service # for assistance and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I requested a call back for assistance and have heard nothing back to date. Stay away from these crooks. Now I have to contact my bank for a chargeback."

"I drove through the touchless wash today and spent $10 for the deluxe wash. My car got wet and dried, but certainly not cleaned. It looks just as dirty as when I drove in. Complete waste of $10. Don't bother."
