"Walk in are not welcome! This is not the place I normally go to get a haircut. But my daughter and myself changed our mind on whether we needed a haircut before a event. So be last minute our normal person was booked. So we decided to go to supercuts because they have signs that they take walk ins. We go to the store around 10 am and the store is empty beside 1 employee. We say we don't have an appointment but we need 2 haircuts. The lady tells us it will be an hour and a half. Seems strange because again the store was empty. So we leave and set up appointments later in the day 20 minutes apart. We show up 5 minutes early for the first appointment and the first 1 of us isn't put in a chair until 30 minutes after the appointment time. The next was about 10 minutes after. Overall both employees did apologize for the delay and were friendly. I had no issues with my cut but the daughters was a bit shorter than she wanted. She asked to have it just above her shoulders and ended up being about an inch above with wet hair. She is OK with it but would have liked it a bit longer. The prices have gone up quite a bit and the stores shelves were about 50% empty of products. Overall so-so, but stop advertising walk ins if you're not going to take them. Supercuts is no longer a place you can just drop into for a quick reasonable price haircut."

"They always do a great job with my hair here. I have fine wavy long hair. Everyone is super nice, it's clean, I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a specific time I want. The manager is fantastic. I love coming here, never going to overpay for a haircut at a high end salon again!"
