"I felt immensely disrespected by this mechanic shop. I scheduled for 8am today from a few days ago and thought everything was fine. I then came at 8am to deliver my car to get an oil change but there was no one there and they are open at 8am. Waited over 15 min but no one came. Complete waste of my time. There is a key drop as well but I am not just dropping my key without seeing someone first."
