"If I could leave no stars I would. I have been a patient here for years and I happened to be on a business trip out of state and was unable to make a few appointments. They dismissed me as a customer with all of the time and money spent there. Also, all of the fillings Dr. Missih had done on my teeth had to be redone by another dentist. They do not last. Avoid this place, they will screw you over."

"Horrible practice. Impossible to schedule with. After setting an appointment with them, they failed to put it on the books properly. Had me come into the office in the morning and afternoon and then rescheduled me again for 3pm but then cancelled again. They bill to establish care and then refuse services. Will be filing a complaint for fraud with the New York State Dental Association."

"called this office in the fall of 2022 because they are a participant of my dental insurance CSEA, was told he was not taking new patients call back in December, called back in December was told to have a referral sent over my dentist sent referral, called back in 2 weeks they said they did not get a referral, mind you I was never put on hold for them to even look for this referral, had my dentist send again the girl at my dentist called to make sure it was received this time. called them back again was told that some one would call me. still no phone call, called again on 2/14 and left a message for someone to call me. As of today 2/27/2023 have yet to hear from anyone. We needed a periodontist in the Syracuse area, I don't recommend them they cant even return phone calls. No stars for them"

"Dr. Missih is an excellent dentist. He thoroughly explained my implant procedure before I decided to get two implants to anchor a full lower denture. I had many questions before and during the process (it takes months for the implants to integrate into the jaw bone). He always took the time to answer my questions so that I felt confident about what was happening. I never felt rushed as he was very patient, positive and cheerful. (I discovered that he has a good sense of humor.) I would recommend him to anyone seeking dental care."

"Worst dental experience in my life. First, I told the hygienist that I had a crown in my 2nd molar on tooth 31 and to be careful, but she was still so rough. Second, you can't trust these people about your dental coverage. I told the receptionist that I have GHI insurance and that I saw Missih Dental is on my list of covered providers, but I do not see this location. I asked the receptionist, Mackenzie, if she could check on my coverage and see if I could have work done here. She told me that I would be able to get a cleaning covered as long as I paid cash up front for the cleaning. I did the cleaning and they submitted the claim, but it was denied. They told me that there was a mistake in the way they filed the claim, but that it would be fixed. After a month of going back and forth with the insurance and Missih Dental, Missih Dental told me that they were mistaken, and that I would not get covered for the cleaning. Now I am out $200 for a basic cleaning. I asked to speak with Dr. Missih about this matter, and the receptionist told me that he would not speak to me about this. My advice, don't ever pay cash up front with these guys."
