"Dr. B Magill and his professional staff went over and above the call of duty to put me at ease during a recent procedure (crown). When I received an appt reminder call the day before, I expressed my anxiety regarding the procedure and the associate spent 5 minutes putting me at ease that everything would be explained along the way, and suggested I bring my ear buds for distraction during the dreaded drilling parts. When I arrived for my appt Dr. Magill told me he heard I was anxious and reviewed the treatment plan by explaining my x-rays and pictures of the teeth that needed work. Dr. Magill answered all my questions, presented all my options and made sure I felt comfortable going ahead with the work. I was encouraged to ask for breaks, more anesthetic, or any more questions several times during the procedure.
