"(Part 2 of 4) At my consultation he told me he would need to remove one of my front teeth to assure the proper alignment. On the contrary, he disclosed to Ashton at my next appointment to order me to remove two teeth after he applied brackets only to my lower teeth and braces to my upper teeth. David does not speak to me directly, he acts like I am invisible. He finished up and walked away. Ashton explained to me what the next steps were. This appointment took place just before Christmas break. Over the break, I felt uneasy about the change of plans to remove two teeth instead of one without any explanation on the sudden shift in plans. I called the office and was met with a voice recording that stated the office would be open January 2nd, 2024. I researched a few cases that were similar to mine. I learned that orthodontists usually take out the teeth that are between the incisor teeth and the second molar (the first molar). I already have a missing molar tooth on my right side. I was granted an appointment for January 3rd, 2024."
"Dr. Muench and his team are outstanding. Our family had 3 members get braces and they made the entire process easy and comfortable. They were very up front on everything and offered great financing options. We moved 6 hours away before it was time to get the braces off but stuck with Dr. Munch and made 3 trips back to complete the process, they were flexible and so friendly. The results were amazing!!!"
