"We've been out of propane now for a week and they've canceled our order twice. We've called and asked why the order has been canceled and they said their system is messed up. Now they want us to go until mid-June with no hot water or the ability to cook on my stove. I have a small child and cannot even warm up water to give her a bath. Ridiculous, and not the way to conduct business. Meanwhile, Scott Smith and Sons can come out this week and take care of us. I'm glad that they know how to treat their customers compared to Ferrell Gas."
