"My husband needs a root canal after Dr. Cruz did a filling on his tooth. His tooth was fine before she touched it. Now I would feel unsure and nervous getting fillings done here for both my husband and I. We are considering going elsewhere. We both are feeling angry and upset. We are paying for someone else's mistake."

"I just left the practice, Dr. Cruz makes you feel very uncomfortable, she's very preachy and rigid. Staff doesn't seem to like small talk and Dr. Cruz talks too much. Never took my other medical conditions and pain tolerance seriously and i always left me in pain."

"I used to go to this dentist's office when it used to be under different management. I recently moved back to the area, and since my original dentist has since retired, I figured I'd stick with the same office. My dental hygienist was friendly enough, and we made small talk throughout the cleaning. I mentioned some issues I have been experiencing, but she made no mention as to seeing anything of concern. When the dentist came in to take a look at the end of the appointment, she pointed out some MAJOR things I need to have addressed. I found it very irritating that no one thought to tell me before. Also, the front desk staff is rather rude. I asked for paperwork at the end of my appointment, and the receptionist was very insulting. I received my services in a timely manner, however the level of service was not professional or welcoming. Will be looking around for other dentist's taking new patients in the area."

"Dentist- herself was nice enough, but her office staff was rude and condescending at times when speaking with me about an issue that they didn’t like about my insurance. Felt very unwelcome in an office I have been going to for years. They ended up dropping my insurance so I could no longer go there unless I wanted to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a cleaning and x-rays. The dental practice pointed the finger at the insurance company not paying enough and of course the insurance company pointed the finger back at the dental practice saying that they charge too much. I’m just the human that wants a cleaning caught in the middle."
