"I’ve never thought mirabito cared. Unfortunately had to stop here. No customer bathroom. I’ll just piss in ur dumpster area. They do not care"
"Don’t bother stopping at this store if you have to use the restroom. I will not be spending money at any Mirabito stores. How can a place that serves travelers and people that drive for a living without providing a place to relieve themselves?"
"I write a lot of reviews as I travel for work and I visit a lot of places. I seldom if ever post a bad review, but I felt in this case it was necessary to warn others before they drive out of their way to find a 24hr station in the middle of the night. This is by far and away the worst convenience store/24hr gas station I've EVER been to. If at all possible, AVOID THIS PLACE. In addition to the general cleanliness issues I'm not going to touch on, here is a brief on my experience at this location. I was 2½ hours into a 5 hour drive at 12:20 AM. I wanted a restroom and a cup of coffee while fueling my vehicle. There was no restroom sign, so I asked the clerk where the restroom was and I was told there was not one on premise. How is that even possible. The clerk has nowhere to relieve themself or wash their hands? Shame on you Mirabito. Your customers and employees deserve better. Normally Mirabito has excellent coffee. This place however must not be subject to corporate scrutiny. The coffee was old and burned in a glass pot, not the thermos style coffee warmers Mirabito usually uses. When I asked for Half and Half to dilute the thick, dark, bitter liquid they were trying to pass off as fresh hot coffee I was informed that this station only has powdered coffee creamer, and they charged me $2.89 for a SMALL. It's 13 hours later and I still have heartburn. If someone from Mirabito reads this, please understand, the company I work for is a Fleet customer, and as a driver, I feel that this is totally unacceptable. We (drivers) have a choice where we fuel up and spend fleet money, and where we spend our personal money on things like food and beverages and other convenience items. I personally prefer to patronize businesses that welcome me and want to provide excellent services and products. This is the sort of information that gets around the drivers lounge and can seriously impact our patronage and loyalty to your brand. Eventually this sort of thing will most certainly have an impact on your bottom line. This review has been printed and is hanging on the notices bulletin board in our driver lounge, which is read by not only our drivers, but the drivers of our clients waiting for repairs on their trucks and trailers. If this is the trend for Mirabito stations, you will not survive long. EDIT 10/26/23 - Nice to see someone at Mirabito is on top of things. A reply THREE MONTHS later, basically saying we MIGHT look into this. I am completely flabbergasted. Clearly customer service is NOT their strong suit."
"NO BATHROOM for customers. In 3 stops there over my many trips to Syracuse, I've never had a good experience. Removing access to a bathroom for paying customers is next level disregard - was told to go to dollar general down the road, which I'm sure they love. Fortunately, travelers have options - Hard pass on Mirabito until they get some consistency. You know who does have public bathrooms? Virtually every other gas station in America:)"
"This store is ok, but definitely not one of my favorite gas stations. Some of the employees seem kind of rude and act like I'm inconveniencing them when I'm checking out. There's one employee there that is very friendly and pleasant tho and I try not to come to this store when they're not working. But if I can get gas or cigarettes somewhere else I usually do."
