"This is the worst dental office I have had an experience with. The dentist my son had was extremely unprofessional. I brought my 4 year old son here, he was screaming and saying Ow it hurts. The dentist yelled and threatened my child that “if he doesn’t stop, he won’t get a prize”. Upon finishing the dental work, she referred us out for sedation and said my son was being uncooperative. I would 110% NOT recommend going to this facility. We are also now battling trauma 2 1/2 days later that happened to his lip while the procedure was being performed - with no antibiotics for precaution."

"This is my second time reviewing this place. They have two locations: one that does surgeries (wisdom) and the regular family dental. I left a review for the family dental already, and it’s another positive one. This review is for the dental surgeon's office. I had a fantastic experience. I believe my surgeon was Dr. Earl? Or something with an E. Before I went under, I was so nervous to the the point where I was quietly crying and shaking. My nurses and doctor were compassionate during the experience and did their best to make me comfortable. The nurses were even gently rubbing my head in such a nurturing way. It was indeed very sweet and compassionate and extra step they took to make me feel secure and comfortable. The last thing I remember was one of the nurses saying to turn on the laughing gas and that was it. Lights out. I have been healing at home for the last four days, and it’s been hard since I got all four at once, but I just cannot get over how kind and sweet this dental office has been. Beyond amazing bedside manners, which are lacking these days. Just full of kind and caring doctors who do wondering works. I have no complications or issues with my wisdom teeth removal or fillings. And I will 100% continue to go to this practice. Thank you so much for your compassion during a time of anxiety for me."

"The provider and his staff are wonderful people. They are patient, kind and gentle during procedures. The provider communicated with my insurance company to ensure I had coverage for my procedures. They did a beautiful job on my root canals and filling."

"First the lab for my dentures lost my first impressions then they send my cash without my dentures in it then the people at the dentist are like we called and the lab hasn't called back and didn't explain anything to me mean while I been waiting 6months on top of that the pre authorization for my dentures ran out so all that had to be resubmitted when the dentist knew the date it expired im about to talk to a supervisor"

"Really clean but rude and in a hurry didn't really understand what the dentist was explaining she seemed bothered and this was my first time going to this place in November and I still haven't gotten a call for my next appointment like I was told. I can't get anybody to call back so I can figure out my next appointment and I would love to figure thing's out so I guess I'll stop in myself and get answers because they don't seem to answers phones or call back"
