"I cannot believe how incredibly rude the staff were at this dunkin- not only did they not know how to use the dunkin app and gave me an attitude when I tried to redeem my points, they then proceeded to make my drink wrong and then argued with me when I told them that’s not what I ordered. Then while remaking my drink they were talking in a different language and laughing at me. Never been treated so rudely as a customer. Please consider any other dunkin before this one."

"This place is great . The coffee is always fresh and hot... always made perfect. The hashbrowns are cooked and brown like they should be.. the egg sandwich is always perfect . Been here about 9 times always a g Homerun and the crew is nice"

"Even though it is small they have it clean in there. They do get busy so I can see maybe that's how they make small mistakes. My drink order was messed up and I know they charge extra for non dairy but a $1 is a bit insane."

"Love DD coffee, always fresh and delicious, the staff at this location in particular is just lovely! Big smiles when they take your order, the coffee comes out perfect each time and quick! I'm in and out and on my way to work enjoying every sip. Fresh bagels with butter or cream cheese, fresh Donuts of course! The place is nice and clean, the location is perfect right on the service road of the LIE Westbound. I have to mention the staff one more time, they are just so wonderful, really sets the tone of your day to have them be so pleasant! Would recommend this location to anyone needing their coffee fix!"
