"Needed a cheap bite... Went for a hot dog... mustard wasn't working so I look and found something horrible"
"They double charged me for a cup of coffee after telling me it was okay to pour out the wrong coffee I had poured into my cup. I used the same cup to get the right coffee and it didn't cost them anything but the actual coffee. (They had moved the Brazil down the line instead of having it in line with the regular coffees so I couldn't see it.) When I went to ring up, the owner's daughter told the cashier to do some menial tasks on the floor with stock so that she could double charge me without him knowing. But after I looked at my bank statement and saw the double charge, and went back in, she blamed him for the double charge and told me that she had discussed it with him and asked him why he double charged me. The cashier did not actually handle the transaction, she did. She lied right to my face. I told him I would leave a one-star review on Google and the owner, her father, said oh people make mistakes you should come back and I said not in a lifetime. I grew up on Long Island with 7-11 and not once have Iever double charged for coffee. Watch out, the owner's daughter is a snake and this is a den of snakes."
"I used to stop here every morning for coffee. Stopped when they couldn't/wouldn't fix cappuccino machine and one of their grinding machines gave me a cup of hot water. 2 weeks later I went back. Same machines broken, no cinnamon, no sugar free creamers, the counter was a mess ... at 6AM with 3 employees."
"Horrible staff in the morning rude and not helpful playing music loudly you have to repeat yourself constantly never any coffee all but one coffee machine has regular coffee all others empty. Floors and coffee station are FILTHY EVERYDAY! 5:30 am ALL COFFEE POTS SHOULD BE FULL!! I will be posting pictures just so everybody can see the state of this place!!"
