"My daughter ordered a drink and we waited for 11 minutes before we noticed that someone who ordered after us had received their drink. Upon showing our receipt the one woman who was working very hard to make drinks apologized and said she'd make it right away. The girl who took our order never apologized or even noticed how long we'd been waiting because she was too busy talking with a friend and making her order the entire time. At one point she said loudly, I'm only here for the paycheck. The other two women behind the counter were working the drive thru and not helping any of the customers who were waiting inside the store. The woman making the drinks is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1."

"I am really upset ,they gave me a wrong drink when I told them to change the drink the girl on window she started arguing. If I am paying $7-$8 then I want my drink perfect. I am paying for quality otherwise I can go on different places.. one time I order blueberry scone at night. She gave me the one which was on display. You put that scone early morning on display during night time the taste is not same. They can told me that we are out of that this is not a quality and today again. They made weird face when I told them to change the drink. I know the taste of blonde espresso and regular espresso so stop making fool .."

"Staff here are super friendly and there is a huge area to sit, work, or talk. Especially because they are open until 10, you will often see people filling tables doing work, hanging out, or just enjoying."
