"Great service! I ordered a fruit platter a few times a week for corporate events. I was so busy that for the last order I actually forgot to go and pick it up. The owner called me to see if I was going to pick up. Thank goodness he called! Not only that, previous to that day, I called him last minute before closing asking for a platter and he re-opened his kitchen and made the platter for me. I would highly recommend this location to provide their special treats for business events! And of course the employees of those companies were delighted with the well presented platter. Regular fruit, chocolate coated fruit, cupcakes and cheesecake. Great job Rocky Point and thank you."

"Ordered an arrangement to be delivered Friday, April 9, 2024. Arrangement came in with rotten fruit and melon that tasted like paper. Called the store on April 23 and the store rep informed me that his policy is to do something only within 24 hours of delivery. Unacceptable, he was rude and did not care about future customer relations. This will be the very last time I ever purchase an edible arrangement. Nasty people and even worse product, never again, buyer beware, these guys are crooks. I'm not making this up, awful. Should have read the reviews before committing."
