"SUSAN was rude,I brought my electric scooter in like I always do,obviously when she is not there off hours,never got into a argument with anyone she was rude to me,and arrogant I will never go there again as long as I know she works there,I told her I left it on the carpet I didn't leave it on the floor so it didn't get wet,and she kept harassing me instead of being nice I've never had the problem in the past I've been coming there for over 5 years.,I would not recommend coming there any time she is present she is rude and acts as if she owns the place."

"Called in an order at 1020am was told 30 minutes til it was ready. Didn’t receive any food til 1200pm. This place really has dropped the ball. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Need the old owners back."

"Tottenville Bagels is my favorite deli on Staten Island due to it being one of the only places I can get a few products I really like such as Tiramisù in a glass, Orange strawberry banana juice and the spiciest buffalo wings on Staten island. As an in-joke I used to call it Hot BS Bagels because of the way most of the sign's letters weren't lit up. The place is fairly small on the inside but very strategically placed I would say, being right on the corner of Page and Amboy road. Some other things I got were Nutella breadsticks and other types of juices. In the end, Tottenville Bagels is the only deli I go directly out of my way to go to since they have some amazing exclusive products that I enjoy so much that I would gladly make the trek to Tottenville Bagels to stock up on."

"Third time I went here and they can’t ever get my order right. Is it hard to toast a bagel or scoop it out ? I asked them to toast well done so I guess they take that as don’t toast it at all."
