"I ordered 3 hash browns, and the employee refused me the 3 orders. Employee claims they have a large order coming up and can not give me the hash browns. Being racist over hash browns are a bit extreme. I will no longer go to dunkin Donuts. Starbucks gives me great service a block away"

"I asked for a frozen coffe ive been getting the same drink for a week whenever the lady with the glasses is working and the tall pakistani guy they are both so rude, I had to come back and ask them to fix my coffee because it was super bitter when i asked them to make it sweet, and the guy started giving attitude along with the lady rolling her eyes. Absolutely horrible service!"

"The service was horrible and the cashier did not know how to take the order or know how to make a frozen coffee. Her other coworker made the frozen coffee it was horrible I had to get a refund. I would not recommend this DD to friends or family."

"As the store consistently serves excellent food, the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant is always well-prepared every time I visit. The staff is consistently nice and never gives me any problems, especially with mobile orders. They are very efficient. this is also a wheelchair-accessible store and it is spacious inside. this, remains a great Dunkin' option in Brooklyn, and I will return."
