"I went into this Dunkin with me my sister and my dad and we all bought ice cream and when we were paying I pulled up my Dunkin app and I had a QR Code the clearly says free medium refresher and he rudely says that this isn’t free but it clearly says free refresher with any purchase but he still rudely says that it’s not free so we just bought the ice cream and left but I heard the worker say under his breath “stupid kid” so I left. P.S the ice cream was freezer burnt ."

"Disgusting I placed an order 7/20 around 645 pm online a walkin order I get there to pick it up one of the employees comes over and says you are waiting for an online order I said yes he you have to pick other donuts so I said ok so I did so it there were like 5 donuts in the whole place like the 2 shelf from the top and all the way to the front so you can't see it so I turn and order 3 donuts for my kids I get home there is a dead fly in the donut I sent a message to Dunkin donuts with pictures and they ignore me like it ok these donuts are not covered they did not give my money back I had to throw all of them out thank Dunkin' Donuts shove the money where the sun don't shine you can go out of business to"
