"I am completely disappointed and embarrassed by the birthday cake I ordered today. I traveled from Staten Island to get a cake from them because they USED TO use fresh made whipped cream. That is apparently a thing of the past. Tonight's cake tasted exactly like the usual Chinese bakery fruit cakes, maybe a little worse. They've switched to using a cream that is from a can. Fruit was soooo minimal and cake was DRY. I can't believe I paid $72 for a plain 10 inch cake. I could have gotten that for about $35 across the bakery street. I was raving about them to my family and felt sooo embarrassed that the cake tasted so badly!"

"Pastries here are great and delicious. I love the strawberry croissant here, they taste amazing and the strawberries are always fresh! However there is this one thing that their management team could have done better... I was waiting to be checked out at the cashier for way over a minute right in front of the counter, and I noticed there is this worker sitting on the table, looking down on his phone, and not paying attention to the customer at all whatsoever... The store allows their worker to do this makes me think if I should really come back again..."

"Finally after 7 months of pandemic, decide to go buy a birth cake and I got the sweet potato cake. Price went up to 40 bucks for a small cake. It turns out the cake is very good. Very strong sweet potato flavor. I also saw they finally willing to put a bag on each other pastries. I used don't buy their pastries on the shelves as they don't cover up with individual wrap or bags, felt very dirty when so many people talked and picked their selection. With this pandemic, they finally learned how to cover up and I feel safer to buy. Also all the pastries prices are seems higher too. I don't always buy so once in awhile is fine."

"This place has fast service and their shaved ice is amazing. I have been looking for a shaved ice place for a while now and this place is the best by far. The price is also very worth it- it was only $9.80 and it fed 6 people, even though two were under 7. The ice was amazingly proportioned with the amount of mango syrup and the actual fresh fruit they give you. They shaved the ice so that it was very thin and it almost tasted like cotton candy- weightless. 100% recommend."
