World of Chantilly

"I just placed an order with them and the order was not correct. They gave me two of the same cakes, so I could not serve them both. Also, i ordered 50 of the marzipan/Merengue cupcakes. They were delivered frozen. I actually ordered 52 and received only 50. I let them defrost to test before I give as favors. They were hard as a rock..the sponge cake was so hard that most people threw them out. There were expensive. I have ordered from World of Chantilly before for my childrens Bar and bat Mitzvah, and they were terrific. I am very dissapointed and very embarrased. I havent had a moment to call them yet, but will call this week."

"They did not make the cake as I discussed with them. The cake itself was very dry. But what was most disappointing was the cardboard we had to cut into to give my guests. Called them and all they said was it’s supposed to be like that. Didn’t even care of the issue. Never in my life have I seen cardboard place under the fondant. My guests were very disappointed in seeing this. Never again will I ever order from here again. I guess going elsewhere next year so I get what I order and quality cake."
