"JFK terminal 4 , I asked cashier May I have egg and cheese with begal she said it is 14 dollars and looking at my face m. like I can’t afford . I saw menu that’s why I ordered. No thank you no smile Creamer place was very dirty and they Aweee not crazy busy slow and steady traffic"
"Just go to Dunkin. This place seems to take a bunch of orders at once and then attempt to sprint those orders. Tons of people waiting around forever for their coffee while everyone else stood around waiting forever to take an order. The people in front of us just had 3 juices to buy and stood there for a solid 5 minutes or more waiting and ended up going across the food court area and getting that juice within seconds. I don't know how their coffee is, but according to other reviews it sounds terrible anyway."
"Worst coffee experience of my life. Touch screen wouldn't allow any iced americano orders, it would just give a vague error at checkout. The hot americano that I got was the grossest coffee drink I've ever had. Machine likely needs descaling. Absolutely awful experience. There's sadly no good coffee in terminal 7 at jfk."
"Order placed through kiosk didn’t show up on the screen. Took forever to get the food. The hot chocolate was steamed milk with a dollop chocolate syrup not even mixed in. The cookie was oily and kind of gross."
"Four employees chatting while customers were queuing to order via a screen. The screen order gave an error for the customer in front of me so they took his order in person. Why make us all wait when employees are standing around? Girl at register was on the phone talking with someone else, not hearing me, the customer. Finally made my “chai” and it was all foam, for $7. And it took forever. This is an airport, people literally have planes to catch. Poorly managed, but I’m sure they mint money since we’re a captive audience and mostly transient."
