"I always came here with my family as a little kid and they are so nice until today we had Literally the worst customer service.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while choosing a cake. One of the employees (her arm had a tattoo named Kevin pretty sure). The service we received was very rude and she made us feel dumb for our choices. We expected a more respectful and helpful interaction, and this experience was disappointing. I hope you address this issue to ensure better service in the future."
