"First of all how do you open a business without properly training your staff ?? Second please make SURE they speak and understand English . I called to place an order and they don't even know what's on the menu , then I had to repeat myself about 3-4 times and even then they didn't understand. I asked for a cannelloni and I asked for the flavors , they said spinach … r spinach WITH MEAT . I asked if we could have meat only and they said no because the meat was already mixed. So I got one with meat and in all honesty there was NO MEAT in it .. so basically you can have spinach OR spinach haha cause there was NO MEAT IN IT . people need to learn to be efficient , know the menu and able to take phone orders in ENGLISH !!"
