"My sister in law brought cupcakes for my hubby birthday. If I tell you the cupcakes were delicious. I asked her where she got them from and she said Doc’s I went on a Tuesday brought Variety of 6 cupcakes and a slice of lemon strawberry cake . The white cupcake with white icing were hard as a rock! Definitely not fresh, but the red velvet and blue velvet and strawberry cakes were soo good. The next day I went back and order two more slice of cake, peach cobbler and banana pudding. $33.00 I left the store went across the street to my car looked in the bag and realize she gave me the lemon strawberry cake again when I wanted strawberry vanilla. I go back in and the young lady told me I could not exchange I would have to buy another slice of $9.00 cake!! Ridiculous after she was the one to serve me and I literally walked out and turned back around. I really love to support black businesses but it’s non-sense like this that I cannot support. I won’t recommend or support Doc’s again. Please get better help in your bakery!!"
"This is my second year working with Doc’s cake shop and I’m so eternally grateful for them. These past two years I’ve only gotten compliments for my daughter’s bday cakes. Christopher was able to accommodate me this year completely last minute and bless his soul. Thank you! I will be purchasing my cake from them for next year as well.
