"Last week, my son lost his phone at City Rub at Terminal A while we were waiting to depart Newark to Las Vegas, Nevada. A good Samaritan, by the name of Nina, who works at City Rub contacted me to inform me she found the phone and had it in her possession. Nina agreed to keep the phone until we return back a week later And indicated she would do what it took to make sure I received the phone back. To Nina’s credit, She was able to return the phone as promised. Nina’s character showed that she possessed a great deal of integrity, and is extremely responsible City Rub is lucky to have her as an employee because she possesses qualities that an employer hopes, his/her employees to have.
