"I’m currently on vacation and having a blast but I’m also a little sad that I won’t be able to stop by Sea & Soil this week for a sandwich and donuts on Sunday. Their sandwiches (and donuts, pastries, pop-up events, and everything I’ve ever ordered from here) are all so good that they are on my mind even while out of town! Such unique flavor combinations that are out of this world. Not to mention that Gaby and Noah and the rest of the staff are so friendly and kind every time you stop by and I look forward to seeing what other creations they they come up in the kitchen! Side note: their focaccia pockets are the perfect plane snack."

Whether you're a meat lover or a vegan, there's something delightful waiting for you. While the vegan options are impressive, I couldn't resist the house smoked Brisket and the Lulu (check menu). Both were outstanding and left me eager to return for more. Trying their coffee is next on my list, and I can't wait to see how it complements their already impressive offerings. One unique aspect of Sea & Soil is their sliding scale pricing system. Initially, I found it a bit confusing, but once I understood the concept, I realized what a brilliant idea it is. If you have more to give, you can support the shop and your community by paying a bit extra. If you're going through a tough time financially, you can still enjoy fresh, delicious food without breaking the bank. This system reflects the community spirit that makes our area so special. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing it for yourself. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is one spot you won't want to miss."
