"I’m not sure what kind of atmosphere this place is trying to curate but it feels all over the place. The inside has a pool hall. The outside area has rocks for a floor. They only serve wine and it’s in tiny glasses. I’ve seen people do work on a laptop and others bring their dogs. Smoking is allowed I assume but very bothersome to have someone a foot away blowing smoke in your face. I think the place could have done a lot better."
"They had just closed the backyard so we were not able to check it out which is completely fine. It was a bit late. The cashier person though. It is insane how they want you to pick your own wine from a wall, take it to the cashier and still tip. We also asked for recommendation and they were not in the mood to chat. People vaping indoors by the Pool table, not a really fun atmosphere. It might have been bad timing for us."
"Too noisy to have casual conversations with friends. Backyard is expansive but stools provided sink into the dirt ground and mosquitos are us up. Kitchen closed early (limited menu anyway) and wine was just okay but priced quite high."
"Wanted to give this place a try given all the hype. The good: Service: bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable Wine selection: they carry natural wine which is my preference. Backyard space. Love that they partner with local vendors for pop ups. Not so good: Vibe: music is definitely louder than I’ve experienced at other wine bars. Makes conversation difficult. Felt more like a dive bar than a wine bar. The crowd skews younger. We went early hoping to miss the evening rush but that didn’t help. All in all, it’s a solid place for some wine but wouldn’t return unless there was a pop up I was interested in."
"Nice bar. With a pool table. Seems like a bit of a dive bar. I tried the marmeo drink which is like a wine with the skin on it and it was really good. Not too sweet nor dry."
