Dunkin'

"This place is terrible, and the staff is incredibly inconsistent with the drinks. I order the same coffees most days and I swear these workers don't read or even know their own product. It's as if everyone here makes coffee but does not actually drink it. The measurements of sugar, dairy, and flavors is always different and inconsistent as well. Im a long time Jersey Resident used to saying "light and sweet" and getting a coffee that is light and sweet. I say that to these workers and I have to go home to add cream, sugar, and even flavoring since they skimp on all of it very frequently. They need effective management to make sure they are following their own measurements and using common sense in relation to what customers are asking for, because this coffee is in general, just sad. I need to learn my lesson and just make it at home"

"I usually love Dunkin' Donuts, but my experience at this particular location has been frustrating. In January, I stopped by and made a purchase, but when I inserted my card, the transaction supposedly 'timed out.' However, I received a notification from my bank that the money was withdrawn. I tried again, and the same thing happened. When I told the employee that the money was already deducted from my account, he insisted they hadn't received it. I checked with my bank, and seven days later, the money was still missing, with no refund. When I returned to discuss this, the staff accused me of lying, which eventually led to me involving the police. The police advised me to take the matter to court. Corporate was somewhat helpful, but not entirely. They told me to return in February with my statement, and if the money hadn't been refunded, they would reimburse me. When I did return with my statement, a rude employee dismissed my concerns, claiming there were no records, and refused to refund me, even though I was told to come back with proof. I decided to let it go because life shouldn't revolve around money, but the lack of understanding and their implication that I was trying to scam them was unacceptable. I visit Dunkin' daily, and if I wanted something free, I would use my Dunkin' Rewards. This isn't just my experience—I've heard similar complaints from others in the area about the attitude and constant issues at this location. It's unfortunate because the location is convenient and clean, but if you're looking for a better Dunkin' experience, I'd recommend the one at 440. The staff there are nice, quick, efficient, and their system doesn’t have these 'issues.'"

"This used to be a good DD branch but now it’s horrible. Today July 30, 10: 00 am . I ordered in the drive thru. The person taking the orders never listen. I asked him if they have an egg white bowl and he said yes then asked me what kind of cream cheese I want in my bagel. I told him that I am not ordering cream cheese. And repeated my order. Again I asked do you have an egg white bowl? And he said yes. Then in the window he handed me a burrito!!! That man needs to be replaced in his job! Super incompetent!"

"The manger who runs this store is terrible she tries to take advantage of customers by not giving the receipt and don’t give you The correct amount of money consistently. If I request to change my order before you make it and is the same amount for another item, there shouldn’t be a problem. Why would you have somebody at the register who doesn’t speak Enough English to understand customers? Instead of changing my order that I requested all her employees including herself will laugh and talk in another language instead of solving the problem. You shouldn’t play with people food . Definitely lost me as a customer. The manager who runs the store needs to be fired or retrained ASAP."

"Title: Disappointing Drive-Through Experience I recently visited drive-through, and unfortunately, it was far from convenient or pleasant. To start, the setup was misleading; rather than being able to stay in my car, I was required to exit the vehicle and walk up to the window. This defeats the purpose of a drive-through and was quite inconvenient, especially if someone has mobility issues or is with children. What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I received the wrong order, I politely informed them, only to be met with an accusatory tone. They even suggested that I shouldn't have accepted the order if I knew it was incorrect, which was both unprofessional and insensitive. Overall, my experience at DD 1513 Kennedy BLVD Jersey City drive-through was disappointing. I hope they can improve their service and communication to provide a more positive experience for customers in the future."
