"Love Dunkin Donuts however the customer service experience is extremely low. The service attendants are mostly of the same nationality so they are struggling to learn more on how to deal with a diverse community."
"Most of the drinks aren't made correctly; I've tried same orders from different branches and it's always better, they're very rude here as well. A 1 star is too high."
"This store is adding additional charge for addons. I added oatmilk to my latte for .75 and then they charged an additional .50 on the receipt. I questioned the charge and it was an additional charge for oatmilk so oatmilk is actually $1.25."
"The worst experience!!! I was waiting for my train and decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a drink. I ordered the Mango Pineapple green tea refresher (a drink that I have ordered at other locations many times before). When I got my drink and tried it, it tasted TERRIBLE. I don’t know if they put too much mixer in it, but it was extremely too sweet and had an awful after taste. So I went back to the them and told her that I’m really unhappy with it. The cashier quickly got an attitude saying “what do you want me to do about it”. I dismissed it, because I thought she was genuinely trying to understand how they could rectify it. I say can I get something else (I didn’t want her to make it over, because I felt like maybe they don’t know how to make it). So I tell her I’ll take the vanilla coolata instead. Since there was a price difference, I wanted to pay the difference. The cashier proceeds to ring me up for the full price. I say no, I didn’t like what you guys made for me, like you could take it back, I just want something else and I wanna pay the difference. The cashier then tells me because I took a sip of my drink that there is nothing she could do about it. So I ask her, how would I have known if the drink was good or not. I want everyone to understand that I didn’t drink this drink. I took a sip! The cup was as full as when she handed it to me! We start going back and fourth and other customers started to agree with me. Why would I pay for 2 drinks and only take one? I asked to speak with a manager and they told me no. At a certain point, everyone is going back and fourth with them and she makes my drink and slams it on the counter. I’ve never had experience such poor customer service. I couldn’t even enjoy my drink because I had to fight for quality ingredients AND service. I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN even if I was waiting in a blizzard."
"It began with me asking for my senior discount and the barista saying, "We don't have enough any se for discount." After that, it was pretty much h all right, I guess. I paid full price, they gave me my order. Tell this franchise to make senior discounts available, or I loathe-bomb them with pitiful reviews!"
