"0 Star Do not get coffee in this place. Worst almond milk coffee ever. It tastes like water. No tastes of coffee what so ever. Never come here again. Luckily, I got my money back. Worst customer service."
"*This is my wife* My husband brought me a plum purim pastry (I forgot the name) and the red velvet cheesecake, and it was the richest, most flavorful desserts I've had in some time! We usually shop at Martha's Bakery, but since this location is closer, we tried it. And thank goodness we did! Quality desserts for a fraction of the price. We will be returning customers :)"
"I used to live in Briarwood and would frequent this bakery often. I have bought a few cakes from here and most of the time they are stale. The only time you get a fresh cake is if you pre-order one in advance. Yesterday I picked up an Italian birthday cake and I had my hesitations based on past experience, but I bought it anyway. Bad decisions. Tasted stale when we cut into it and today the whipped cream on the outside of cake is hard!. Waste of money and effort to get there since I do not live in the neighborhood anymore. If you want a cake from there..pre-order it."
"I have been here a couple of times prior and it’s been ok, I work for a Italian Restaurant that makes everything fresh from scratch so I know what to expect. I have purchased cakes from here before and they don’t seem fresh at all, they won’t last a couple of hours in the fridge without tasting off, moldy, old or watery. Today, just like 30 mins ago I purchased a slice of plain cheesecake and a brownie. I have never been so disgusted with the flavor of a cheesecake before, it tasted like when it has been so long in the fridge and it starts sucking the flavor of everything in the fridge and my brownie tasted and looked like a chunk of sand. Very hard, very grainy not a moist- gooey brownie at all. This place is definitely going downhill. Please don’t sell old pastries is disgusting!"
"Sadly the chocolate rugalach was old and stale. Hard as a rock and crumbling when they should be soft and chewy. The Italian cookies were ok. I spent almost $10 here and some of the cookies needed to go in trash. The gal was nice but didn’t know how to give a 1/2 lb of assorted cookies so the customer gets one or two of what they want. . I did return to give them another try and must say that the iced coffee was pretty good and the biscotti was authentic with a hint of annisette. Made this Italian gal happy. I did go back the week before Easter to get the Easter Egg bread and it was very reasonably priced and delicious. The bread had REAL eggs on it, not plastic like so many bakeries do lately. It was wrapped in very nicely clear cellophane for the holiday and would make a lovely Easter gift. I enjoyed the bread heated just a few seconds in the microwave."
