"This Zaro's, on the main concourse of Penn Station in Newark, is a long time establishment in the station. While the baked goods have been quite superlative, especially in the early morning hours, everything else, that is, the premade sandwiches, salads, and in general, anything else after noontime, can be very much hit or miss. The service as well, can be hit or miss, as at times, you can get counter people who are enthusiastic about service, and then there are some, particularly young males, who definitely have a look about them that they're in there just for the paycheck, and couldn't care less about service, just thinking they can skate by, by just showing up and doing the minimum. That's not how it works."
