"Finally tried Temkin's. It's an interesting space that still has the signage outside of what it used to be. It was apparently a Carpet store. The space is pretty big and has an old timey feel, more like a Diner than a bar. The bartender was nice. The prices are very good. I love that they have Pinball Machines. Check it out if you're in the neighborhood."

"I couldn't believe nobody put a review for this place on yelp. I don't know how long this bar has been opened but the place looks like they opened a while ago. I usually hang out in another bar when I come to see my friend in Greenpoint but that night the bar was closed so I had to find the new place and I found this. This bar looks like a type of hipster place, super casual and Self-service. It was packed on Saturday night, people bumped to each other. My friends and I actually went to nightclub in Manhattan before, so we already ate and drank but one of my girl still want to drink and didn't want to go home yet, lol. She had Hayman's Old Tom Gin, me and another girl had Aperol. The price is cheap at this place. Overall I'm ok but my friend like it so much and wants to come back when we hang out in Greenpoint again."
