"Asked for a small iced cappuccino with no sugar just milk and I received a hot cappuccino and I told the lady that not what i ordered and she responded with an attitude saying you didn’t order iced cappuccino. Basically shoved me off by taking care of next customer."

"The cashier was a stealer. She took the money from another customer for a Cappuccino. Charge that cappuccino with my ice coffee and used my reward to made the cappuccino for free instead of using it for my ice coffee. When I asked her to fix it she was showing me attitude and anger that this cappuccino was just there it’s not part of my order then I asked her how come you charged me for my ice coffee because I was suppose to get it for free. I wanted to talk to manager but refused to call her manager. When I said I’m not leaving until I talk to a manager, she was like I don’t have to call anyone do whatever you want. Then I said I’ll call 911 because you are stealing money. Then she took out cash and throw the money and Snatched the coffee and food back from me. This is what Dunkin’ customer service? I’m a regular customer in Dunkin but never faced anything this before. I want to take this matter to higher authorities so that in future no one face this again."
