Reviews of Ole & Steen
"I was in the city for a few days and it was the perfect place to buy my breakfast. I had matcha and my favorite pastry was the Savory swirl. The staff was very friendly."
"I was craving a chocolate croissant. The server gave me a sample of the carrot cake muffin while I was deciding on a pastry. It was so delicious I purchased both items. It's my new favorite place to stop before work and bring some nice pastries to the office with me."
"I got the tuna sandwich and it was amazing. My sister got a chocolate bun that was delicious. This week’s bread special is chocolate rye. They cut the whole loaf for me and it’s on sale for $5.95 for the whole loaf. Would definitely recommend stopping in."
"Breads are the best items, a few of the sweet bakery items are special, though surprisingly the signature cinnamon bun variations are simply tasteless wheat slabs. Some baked goods recipes and/or preparation seem to have changed for the worse recently. Coffee is distinctive and will please based on individual preferences. Pleasant environment. CONS: Very expensive with another round of recent price increases (at a time when inflation has generally abated)."
"Superb breads sandwiches rolls pastries cakes and deserts - all the milk alternatives w your coffee abd anything you desire to go with it. The service is the friendliest in the neighborhood- love this place"
