"As a bakery manager, this staff needs retraining. I ordered 6 different items on DoorDash and only 1 item was correct. If you guys don’t have the menu items you advertise online- you need to go in the app and fix that. If you don’t have the items a customer ordered, you need to call them or just cancel the order PERIOD. There’s no reason you’re changing the order entirely on your own! Doordash shouldn’t have to pay for your laziness EITHER!"
"When I approached the counter there was no one there to greet me, after about 6 minutes a girl came up to the counter and asked what I wanted without even saying hello. I ordered hash browns and a coffee but ended up getting hockey pucks so hard that i couldnt even bite. The girl had an attitude the whole time, its too bad beacuse I come here for my company with big orders and good business but this will be our last time coming here. Dunkin donuts should make better choice when they select their employees because at the end of the day they are the face of the company!"
