"I stopped asking for heated products because what you get is something that’s barely warm outside and cold on the inside. I was consistently having this problem with them so on a few occasions I asked them to twice heat my products and still I got something that was barely lukewarm. Three weeks ago I placed an order at the drive thru and when I got to the window, the server proceeded to hand me the wrong order. When I told them they got it wrong and explained what I ordered, the response from them was “That’s not what you ordered”. And they asserted I was wrong TWICE! Who in the service industry does that? And why would I purposely order one thing only to get to the window and demand something else? They changed their blueberry muffin. I’m willing to bet it’s cheaper to make but it’s the same price or more to buy. Do better Starbucks you’re a mess."

"This is the best Starbucks around. They are so good that you need to go around pick up all the employees from all the other Starbucks and have this Starbucks train those Starbucks employees because they’re so damn good they’re so good that they make the other places impossible to even go to because they can’t do what they do. Maybe you should take each employee from this Starbucks and make them all manager’s at their own locations so they can make sure it gets done right because you no what I mean"
