"I asked for a fresh muffin at 6:15 a.m. the attendant (lady) claimed there are none and want to sell me the ones from yesterday. The next day another attendant got me a fresh muffin from inside. Today they were both there and the lady again insisted there are none and yelled at the other attendant when I told her that brought a fresh muffin from inside the day before."

"Someone stole my food. Workers put my food in a bag and someone came by and took it. They did nothing to stop it. I thought they were still making my food and they told me someone else took it already. Was almost late to where I needed to be. The coffee was still good though."

"With this Dunkin Donuts being conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Rutherford, right near the main mass transit hub in town, I find myself many times out of necessity (especially in adverse weather) having to go here while awaiting either a bus or train transfer. Believe me, I would rather go to the other Dunkin in town than this one. The prices are quite a bit higher, and the service is not all that great. In addition, for whatever reason, these people are absolutely clueless as to how to make a simple iced coffee. It's always watery, and too many times either not enough milk, or no sugar. With the fact that most times I'm here, nothing else is open at that early in the morning. All told, I'd rather not go here if I don't have to. Contributor's update August 2023: Over the last couple of months, a pattern of pure incompetency has developed. Not only has a continuous inability to make iced coffee persisted, but now it has come down to the fact that one counter person continually fails to scan my app despite the fact that it is right in front of his face. Once, I might forgive it as an honest mistake, but three times in five weeks is plain and pure INCOMPETENCE AND INDOLENCE, AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I AM THEREFORE DROPPING MY ORIGINAL RATING OF THREE STARS DOWN TO ONE STAR AND WILL NOT BE EXPECTING TO RAISE IT ANYTIME SOON."

"Stopped in on august 16th as I was excited for the pumpkin roll out. When I walked in the cashier was texting (which I don’t normally get upset about), but she was doing it for at least 30 seconds which I then found to be rude cause she could’ve just helped me and gone back to her text. I ordered my coffee and I told her that I just wanted a splash of milk but the drink was more milk than coffee. I’m not one to argue with someone who clearly doesn’t care so I just took it, tried to drink it, but ultimately threw it out. Not saying I won’t be back, but if I see that she’s working, I’ll just go to Starbucks"
