"Great place for all your supply needs.however Time management needs to addressed. If I called ahead for edible images, I shouldn’t be waiting an additional 30 mins."
"My family and I have been clients for about 20 years now. We Love Enelia and her staff. Enelia makes the most amazing and great tasting cakes. Her dedication to her art is second to none!"
"I have gone to this store probably 3-4 times. I am new to the Bronx from Queens and I needed a place closer to buy supplies. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AFTER TODAY. I was accused of not paying the last time I came in by one of the owners and some guy who I had NEVER seen in all the times I was in the store. Allegedly I swiped a card and it did not go through and although they claim the error was on their end, I was being blamed for it. They said that they gave me a receipt from the register and not from the card reader. That never happened, and whomever it happened to, it wasn't me. I explained that the last time I was in the store I purchased from an older lady and gentleman. I was even able to furnish the receipt to prove it. So then they tried to say it was the time before that. Called my bank and they said no you only have that one charge that I was able to furnish the receipt for. So then I checked the other card, found a posted payment for $14 plus dollars. Again, it wasn’t good enough. I kept on saying it wasn’t me, can you tell me what day it was? If it was me I will pay what I owe. Neither would say a date but the amount was somewhere in the $30 range. I said, no that wasn’t me. The man insisted it was me and it was a Saturday, I said I never even came there on a Saturday. She said it wasn’t a Saturday it was a Friday. I again said when? So I can verify anything declining in my account. Nothing. I stood in the store angry and I told them I felt I was being accused even though I had proof I was a paying customer. She said I’m not accusing you of anything you said it wasn’t you, I said Ok. I said no you said ok as if I did something and you don’t agree so you are trying to shut me up. The guy who swore it was me said he went after me out the store the day it happened but I was already gone... I took the bus there, I couldn’t have been gone that fast. Also, how did you give someone a receipt from the register and didn't notice you didn't get one from the card reader until someone was well out of the store? Also, you have to buzz customers in and out the store. If you allege to have run after the person you claim was me, couldn't you have just not buzzed that person out so you could have addressed the person on the same day? Instead of waiting weeks and accusing the next BLACK customer who comes into the store. So beware of this shop because apparently all black women with curly wigs look the same and I apparently stole from them, even though I have proof I did no such thing. Then to add insult to injury, you think I'm that dumb? I'm going to steal from you then come back? Get out of here! I will not spend another dime to be treated in such a vile way."
"We have been buying our cakes here for many years but apparently they are “too busy” to offer their long time customers any courtesy. I just tried ordering a cake and the guy that picked up the phone was rude. Thanks to him, I will no longer be ordering from this place. And yes overly priced!! Tres Leches in Spanish Harlem is my new go to place!! Google: Tres Leches in NY, NY"
"Nice people there but I wish they had slices to buy to try before you buy the whole cake and yes they are a little more expensive $65 for 1lb but in the heights $45 stays soft and fresh for almost a week. But they are a distributor so i understand the price hike."
