Gong Cha

"The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. The staff member was on her phone the whole time and told me to go to a kiosk to place my order when no customers were in there. She didn’t even tell me why I had to go to a kiosk to place the order. She took orders of 3 customers that came in and did not tell them to place order at the kiosk. I waited awhile for my drink and it was very disappointing how those 3 customers who came in after me received their drinks first and left before I did. I will be going to the Fort Lee and/or Englewood Gong Cha instead for better service and professionalism."

"my drink today was superrrr sweet even tho i ordered 70% sweetener. it felt like 200% sweet. also workers overfilled my drink and wiped it down with brown paper towel! the lid wasn’t even on but my cold foam was practically touched with paper towel."

"Had a pickup order I placed 15 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived, it was a bit packed but I saw there were 3 drinks ahead of my order. I waited behind 2 people in line and when it was my turn to go up I tried to informed the Korean dude with glasses that I was picking up. He didn't hear me though, as he cut me off and told me to wait, and he started doing some other stuff on their tablets. As I waited 2 more people got in line behind me. When he was finally done, I told him again and he ignored my presence and proceeded to help the 2 people who were behind me."

"Great Boba. Super quick service. There is good seating and it's very clean. But this is mainly a take-out place. Get the Milk Foam Dirty Brown Sugar Bubble Tea. It's my favorite Boba to get here."

"Nice little store, take out mainly. There are couple of tables in the store. Its very neat and clean, with some nice decorative items and a big frame regarding the history of Gong Cha. We visit this store whenever we come to Pal park for lunch. The service is good, order comes out within minutes. They also use Five Star, so we get rewards and points every time we buy drinks from here. Its $5 discount after spending $50. I usually get their milk tea with bubbles. They maintain the unique and flavorful taste of the tea and fresh chewiness of the boba."
