"So happy we chose PEORY for our wedding cake! Erika is so talented, kind, and professional. I fell upon her Instagram while looking for potential wedding cakes and immediately fell in love with her designs. Of course I was so excited when the window to request an order for my wedding month finally opened up! (I made sure to submit the Google form as soon as she was accepting August orders because she's so talented/popular that weekend availability goes fast!) Erika provided us with a thorough questionnaire to determine what kind of cake design we were looking for, and based on the information I provided she made a cake perfect for my wedding! Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful with vibrant pastel colors and elaborate buttercream flowers surviving the drive from NJ to Brooklyn in summer heat, but it was also delicious. We got a medium two-tier cake with raspberry and earl grey, as well as chocolate cupcakes. We also paid for her weekend in-house delivery service so that she could set up the cake in our venue on wedding day. Earl grey was my favorite, but I received feedback that the others were delicious as well (unfortunately never got a chance to try the chocolate cupcakes myself). Erika arrived promptly at the scheduled time requested by our venue to deliver and set up the cake, and even provided us with a cake cutting guide and menu with all of the cake flavors. I will undoubtedly be looking for excuses to buy another cake from her in the future. Thank you Erika!"

"Erika is unbelievably talented! I ordered my bridal shower cake from her (one tier, medium), and it was more beautiful than I anticipated! The color palette was spot on, and the flowers were so realistic. We got so many compliments on it! The cake was truly a work of art! And if that wasn't enough, it was also delicious! I got the salted caramel flavor and everyone loved it!"

"I cannot emphasize what a pleasure it was to work with Erika! She should teach a master class on cakes. Her cakes were so beautiful that my guests couldn’t believe the flowers were edible. But not only did the cake look great it tasted great too. We did the raspberry flavor and had some cupcakes too!! I would use Peory cakes again and again!! She was great to work with and her cakes were the most beautiful cake anyone had ever seen!!"

"Erika is truly exceptional! We came to her for our baby's 100th day celebration, and the cake she created was nothing short of magnificent. We wanted the 3 Chinese zodiac animals incorporated into the cake, and she executed it in an amazing fashion (she hadn't done it before for her clients). Erika's professionalism shone through, as she not only crafted a stunning cake but also provided instructions on caring for it until the right moment--an above-and-beyond touch in my extremely humble opinion. We were so impressed that we returned to her for our baby's 1-year birthday (a significant occasion in Asian culture), and once again, she exceeded our expectations! My wife and I never had a single criticism of her work; it was always just "wow, this cake is perfect and how the heck did she do this." Erika is incredibly talented, professional, and personable. I highly, highly recommend choosing her for your special occasions. The taste matches the amazing appearance, and I'm 100% certain we'll be turning to her for all our future cake (and cupcake, we haven't tested it out yet) needs!"
